On 26/8/2015, The management of Fronteam Construction Sdn Bhd at Kelana Jaya Office invited me to share with them on the interesting topic 'Business Value Protection Trust (BVPT)' or exist plan in simple term for the board of directors.
During the sharing, I explained the concept of BVPT, Why it is a more effective tool as compared to some other trust deeds signed among some shareholders.
BVPT is an arrangement that all the SME should have to put in place in order to ensure that the business can continue to operate smoothly even though one or two of the shareholders passed on. The arrangement also ensure the deceased's family will be compensated on a fair basis etc.
