Will Talk at Royal Lake Club, Kuala Lumpur

On 13/5/15, I was conducting a Will Talk to a group of businessmen and business women at Meeting Room 1, Club Perdana or Royal Lake Club, Kuala Lumpur. The session last for 1 1/2 hours.

It was a small group of about 10. During the session, we discussed in detail the problems faced by family members due to intestacy; The Distribution Acts 1959 etc.

After the session, a few of the business women whom have written their Wills many years ago realized that their Wills were to simple, not able to function properly to protect their beneficiaries and assets. The reason is because their children are young and no testamentary trust were created in the Will by the Will Drafter.
