It was an interesting sharing as I explained that Rockwills is not just selling 'Wills'. As a Rockwills Estate Planner, the Will and trust that we recommend to clients should cover various aspects like liquidity, debt cancellation, extra protection for the assets and beneficiaries and exist plan etc. Writing a simple Will just to distribute assets in many situation is not sufficient, proper estate planning tools and solutions need to be incorporated to address the concern the clients might have or any legal problems that beneficiaries might faced when they received their gifts.
